Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Data Entry Administrator to support a manufacturing client in Sycamore, IL. This position will focus on entering, reviewing, and maintaining accurate data across internal systems while providing administrative support to daily business operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with large amounts of information, and committed to maintaining data accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information within internal databases, spreadsheets, and business systems.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submitting or finalizing entries.
• Identify and correct discrepancies, missing information, and data entry errors.
• Organize and maintain electronic records, documents, and administrative files.
• Assist with updating product, order, customer, inventory, or other operational information as needed.
• Verify information across multiple systems to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Support the preparation, review, and organization of reports and spreadsheets.
• Communicate with internal departments to obtain missing information and resolve data discrepancies.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry, recordkeeping, and documentation.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling company information.
• Meet established deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, data processing, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when entering and reviewing information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new software applications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and follow through on resolving issues.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with internal teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or other product-based industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable work history and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and productivity.
