This role focuses heavily on direct patient care, with approximately 95% of time dedicated to clinical responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both general diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology procedures. Assignment Highlights: Competitive hourly rate of $225 High clinical focus with 95% direct patient care Broad case mix across diagnostic and interventional radiology Opportunity to work in a collaborative and well-supported clinical environment Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality diagnostic and interventional radiology services across multiple imaging modalities Interpret and perform imaging studies, including: Diagnostic Radiology Ultrasound Computed Tomography (CT) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Nuclear Medicine Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures Provide timely and accurate image interpretations to support patient diagnosis and treatment Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of all procedures and interpretations Adhere to established clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications: Board Certified in Radiology by the American Board of Radiology South Carolina medical license preferred Demonstrated proficiency in both diagnostic and interventional radiology Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills AAS
