This role helps guide investment decisions, business case development, and financial performance management while leading a team of analysts and delivering actionable insights to business leaders. The position offers exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives with opportunities for career growth and professional development. This key role will contribute to the continued transformation of Financial Planning & Analysis and its impact across the organization.Key AccountabilitiesPartner with business leaders to provide financial insight, strategic guidance, and decision support for Operations and Technology initiatives.Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis for assigned business areas.Develop and evaluate business cases supporting technology investments and strategic initiatives.Communicate financial results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leaders through clear and impactful presentations.Review and approve financial analyses, assumptions, forecasts, and recommendations prepared by the team.Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting effectiveness, and financial planning processes.Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals while managing priorities and performance.Ensure financial planning and analysis processes, controls, and documentation meet governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.Education & ExperienceRequiredBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent amount of education and experience. 7+ years of financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or banking experienceExperience providing financial analysis and decision support to business leadersLeadership experience managing direct reports and developing team membersPreferredExperience supporting technology, infrastructure, or development-related financial initiativesExperience developing and evaluating business cases for strategic investmentsCost accounting experienceProfitability reporting experienceWhy You’ll Love Working HereThis role offers the opportunity to serve as the lead finance partner for impactful technology and operational initiatives across the organization.
