Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: - 2 years of experience in PCU or Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care - Travel experience - EPIC experience Description: This position requires the traveler to work every other weekend and every other holiday. The traveler will be placed in a unit based on the greatest need, whether it is a PCU or Med/Surg/Tele unit, depending on their skill set. Candidates must have completed the RN Step Down (PCU) specialty exam and skills assessment. Travelers are expected to float within their skill set or to locations within 40 miles if needed. Candidates must be prepared for a dynamic and adaptable work environment.
