Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer with strong Embedded Systems expertise to lead end‑to‑end hardware and embedded software development for complex electronic products. The role involves system architecture, schematic design, board bring‑up, embedded firmware integration, validation, and manufacturing support across industrial, automotive, telecom, and medical domains.

Key Responsibilities

System Architecture & Design

• Define system and electrical architecture for embedded platforms using MCUs, SoCs, FPGAs, and CPLDs

• Create block diagrams, high‑level designs, and architecture documents

• Perform power, clocking, reset, and interface design analysis

• Select components considering performance, cost, availability, and compliance

Hardware Design & Development

• Schematic capture and review using OrCAD, Altium, Concept HDL

• PCB design collaboration: layout guidelines, SI/PI constraints, stack‑up definition

• High‑speed interface design and validation:

DDR/LPDDR, PCIe, USB, SATA, HDMI, MIPI, Ethernet, LVDS

• Power design: DC/DC, LDO, AC/DC, battery management circuits

• BOM creation, variant management, and ECO handling

Embedded Software Collaboration

• Work closely with firmware teams on HW–SW integration

• Support boot‑up, board bring‑up, and low‑level driver validation

• Review and debug embedded software written in C

• Exposure to RTOS, BSP bring‑up, firmware upgrade mechanisms

Board Bring‑up & Validation

• Perform board bring‑up, EVM testing, and system integration

• Debug using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers

• Conduct pre‑silicon and post‑silicon validation

• Prepare test plans, validation reports, and failure analysis

Compliance & Certification

• Lead product certification efforts: UL, CE, FCC, IEC, IEEE, BIS

• EMI/EMC, safety, environmental and reliability testing

• DFMEA, de‑rating analysis, HALT/HASS testing

Manufacturing & Production Support

• Support prototype, pilot, and mass production

• DFM/DFA review and manufacturing issue resolution

• Vendor and EMS coordination for PCB fabrication and assembly

• ICT/FCT test support and fixture coordination

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Technical ownership of projects and customer interfaces

• Cross‑functional coordination (mechanical, software, manufacturing)

• Risk assessment, effort estimation, and schedule tracking

• Mentor junior engineers and review technical deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering

• Master’s degree (MBA / Engineering) is a plus

• Tools:

• Embedded Software:

C, basic firmware debugging, BSP bring‑up

• EDA & FPGA Tools:

Xilinx Vivado, ISE, VisualDSP

• Version Control & PLM:

SVN, Agile/PLM tools

Experience Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience in embedded hardware and system design

• Strong exposure to product lifecycle ownership from concept to production

• Experience in industrial, automotive, telecom, medical, or consumer electronics

• Prior experience in customer‑facing and technically leading roles

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $ 110000 per Year

Pay Range Maximum: $ 1300000 Per Year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
