Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional well-being, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, integrating family systems theory to address the unique challenges of couples and families.

• Provide consultations to interdisciplinary team members, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s care are addressed holistically.

• Lead parent support groups, offering a space for guidance and community, focusing on challenges such as adoption, child development, and related issues for families with prenatally substance-exposed children.

• Conduct developmental evaluations of children to assess their emotional and behavioral health, guiding necessary interventions.

• Plan and deliver comprehensive training sessions for various stakeholders, including educators, attorneys, judges, and other mental health professionals, enhancing their understanding of mental health challenges and resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
