Inspired by Dr. Nicole M. Brown, RN, DNP, The Nurse Dolls was created to educate and inspire through the lens of healthcare. What You’ll Do as a Live Chat Support SpecialistAs a Live Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice behind our live chat platform. Your role will be key in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat with professionalism and warmth. - Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently. - Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality support. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role. - Strong written communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone. - A knack for problem-solving and multitasking. - A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others. - Familiarity with live chat platforms is a plus, but not required.
