Fresh Produce Quality and Inventory Control

DiCarlo Distributors, Inc., a family-owned foodservice distributor, seeks a Fresh Produce Quality and Inventory Control specialist to ensure our customers receive the freshest, highest-quality fruits and vegetables. In this role, you will inspect inbound and stored produce, monitor rotation and shelf life, verify inventory accuracy, and document all quality checks. You’ll collaborate closely with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve quality or quantity issues and support food safety and HACCP standards. This onsite position in our modern warehouse offers stability, teamwork, and the opportunity to support thousands of regional customers daily.
