About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Brand Officer to join their team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in building and expanding the brand and reach of the organization. The successful candidate will be a master storyteller, a strategic thinker, and an innovator with a strong background in various disciplines, including narrative strategy, content development, production, marketing, research, and social media. This includes managing a team of Department Directors, providing strategic leadership in technology and data initiatives, and maximizing the public profile of the organization's leaders. The role demands a results-oriented individual with a commitment to the values of the organization, including social, racial, and economic justice. Applicants for the Chief Brand Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of relevant professional experience and a proven track record in leading measurable brand growth.
