Job Full Description Customer Service Rep - $18/hour Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a wholesale manufacturing company for a Customer Service / Data Entry position in the Sevierville, TN area. Customer Service / Data Entry Responsibilities:

- Providing customer service & support via telephone, email, and online chat
- Providing suggestions over the phone
- Receive and enter all orders for the customer
- Acknowledge ship dates and track progress through manufacturing process
- High volume Order entry
- Maintain highest degree of customer service
- Other duties as needed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
- 2-3 years in an office setting.
- Previous customer service/data entry is preferred.
- Having a manufacturing/administrative background is a plus.
- Personable and detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task, while having little supervision.
- Previous logistics experience is a plus as well
- Mon-Fri | 8:30AM-5P
- Full-time
