Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for helping families? Join us as a Family Experience Teammate, where you’ll provide exceptional service, build relationships, and create a welcoming environment for every family. What You’ll Do as a Family Experience Teammate: Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet families warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally. Guide families through their journey: Help families choose the right swim program, complete enrollment, and address questions or concerns with care and expertise. Promote the Aqua-Tots experience: Communicate the benefits of our swim curriculum and how it fosters water safety and lifelong skills. Resolve customer inquiries: Provide solutions for scheduling, billing, or account updates to ensure families have a seamless experience. Celebrate family milestones: Hand out stickers, high-fives, and celebrate swim achievements to create positive and memorable experiences. Maintain a welcoming environment: Ensure the swim school is clean, organized, and inviting for families. Collaborate with the team: Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and provide consistent, high-quality service. Qualifications: Ability to routinely lift more than 60lbs CPR certification successfully completed within 60 days of hire Why Join Aqua-Tots? Child-focused experience: Babysitting, teaching, coaching, or other roles involving children. Problem-solving ability: Comfort addressing customer inquiries and finding effective solutions. Excellent communication skills: Friendly, clear, and professional interactions with families and teammates. Team-oriented mindset: A willingness to collaborate, help others, and contribute to a positive work environment. Passion for making an impact: A genuine desire to support families and teach water safety.
