About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key player in the strategic direction and oversight of the organization's financial and compliance functions, ensuring financial strength, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's growth and innovation, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights, developing and implementing financial strategies, and overseeing all accounting and finance functions. The CFO will also lead the annual budgeting process, monitor financial performance, and participate in pricing strategy decisions. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA and/or MBA preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, particularly within a credit union or community financial institution, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of financial reporting, ALM, investment management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, and experience in overseeing multiple functional areas, including finance and compliance. The role demands a professional with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities, who can effectively present financial information and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and Boards of Directors.
