The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outpatient therapy and will be expected to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Evaluate patient conditions and needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy interventions and conduct follow-up assessments. Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day. Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania. Outpatient experience is preferred.
