Title: US Freelance Presentation Designers & Artworkers (CST & EST) Job Ref: 40583 Job Type: Freelance Job Hours: Ad hoc / Project-based Hourly Rate: $90 - $130 depending on experience Location: Remote / Hybrid (Located in Eastern or Central Time Zones) The speed read: A globally respected communications agency is building out its US freelance bench and they’re on the lookout for brilliant presentation designers and artworkers working Eastern Time hours. You’ll get your hands on projects across finance, tech, healthcare, arts, and more, creating smart, high-impact work for big-name B2C clients. The facts: This is a varied role with a strong focus on presentation design, alongside brand-led collateral. One day you might be shaping a pitch deck, the next refining an executive presentation or rolling out campaign assets and digital content. You’ve got a great eye for layout and flow, and you know how to turn complex information into something clear, engaging, and importantly good-looking. Whether you’re building slides from the ground up or elevating existing work, you balance creativity with speed and precision. You’re comfortable talking through your ideas with Creative Directors and senior stakeholders, but you’re just as happy getting your head down and delivering clean, polished, production-ready work. You sweat the small stuff (in a good way), especially when working within established brand guidelines. There’s plenty of flexibility here. If you’re New York-based, you might dip into the office now and then for key moments, but a lot of the work can be done remotely. You’ll have: A portfolio that demonstrates strong presentation design and/or artworking skills, with clean, well-structured layouts Advanced skills in PowerPoint (essential), Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience working on B2B and B2C communications—especially corporate presentations, reports, or brand-led materials A strong understanding of typography, grids, and visual hierarchy The ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy or quality You’ll be: Detail-oriented, with a passion for crafting polished, professional presentations Highly organised, responsive, and comfortable working to tight deadlines A self-starter who can take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively with wider teams Confident working both independently and as part of a creative workflow Proactive in adding value - whether through design thinking or flawless execution We are considering a range of experience levels and day rates for upcoming projects.
