Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in a school setting
• Proficiency in delivering speech therapy via teletherapy modalities
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and caseload management abilities
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy for a caseload of approximately 6-8 K-6th grade students (may vary)
• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
• Handle documentation, progress tracking, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer therapy sessions in both individual and group formats
• Communicate regularly with teachers and families to support student progress
• Deliver services through both in-person and teletherapy platforms
