Fleet Manager

Position Summary Seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee approximately 70 vehicles across multiple locations and states.

This position is responsible for fleet compliance, maintenance coordination, driver safety programs, vendor management, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle utilization.

Ensure DOT compliance and monitor MVRs.

Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Manage vehicle registrations, licensing, and insurance requirements.

Oversee vendor and repair shop relationships.

Track fleet expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Maintain accurate fleet records and reporting.

Support safety initiatives and driver compliance programs.

Qualifications 3+ years of fleet management or transportation operations experience.

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and MVR monitoring.

Experience managing maintenance schedules and vendor relationships.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Experience managing multi-site fleet operations.

Familiarity with GPS, telematics, or fleet management software.
