Senior Accountant - Real Estate - (85k-90k + 10%)

LHH is seeking a Senior Property Accountant for a well-established real estate organization with a large, diversified portfolio across the U.S.. This role offers direct exposure to asset-level accounting and close collaboration with property management and finance teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in property accounting or public accounting with real estate clients. The candidate must also have strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple assets in a deadline-driven environment. Job Responsibilities Perform bank reconciliations and initiate cash transfers and wire payments Prepare monthly accruals, amortization schedules, and year-end close entries Maintain and review property-level general ledgers across a multi-asset portfolio Produce monthly financial reports and supporting schedules Calculate and track management fees Partner with property management teams on financial reporting and inquiries Ensure accurate and timely rent roll certification and cash application Assist with onboarding new properties and portfolio transitions Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate/property accounting or public accounting Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting Advanced Excel and data management skills Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines effectively Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
