We Love Who We Serve. The Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in fueling Kforce’s growth by connecting great people with great opportunities. In this role, you’ll execute full‑cycle recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and place qualified, diverse talent—serving as a trusted advocate throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Source and engage candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, internet research, career fairs, and direct outreach Partner closely with internal colleagues to understand client hiring needs and priorities Submit candidates and provide insights to support hiring decisions, including compensation recommendations Coordinate interviews and manage follow‑up with candidates and clients Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, including interviewing, skills evaluation, and salary negotiation Facilitate offers, including compensation, benefits, and employment terms Ensure timely completion of pre‑employment steps (references, background checks, drug testing) Manage consultants on assignment and support redeployment as projects conclude Build long‑term relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues to generate referrals and deepen market expertise Stay current on recruiting trends and recommend creative sourcing strategies Conduct all interactions with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in staffing or professional sales Strong consultative, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new technologies quickly Training & Development Comprehensive onboarding with individual and classroom training Job shadowing, mentorship, and unlimited online learning Ongoing coaching and professional development Base Salary: $60,000 – $88,900 (in accordance with New York pay equity law) PLUS uncapped monthly commissions based on performance metrics Hybrid work schedule – 2 days onsite weekly - NYC office. 17 days PTO (increasing with tenure) 8 paid holidays PLUS firm closure for one week during the holidays Quarterly award shows and annual incentive trips for top performers Multiple career paths in sales and leadership (500+ internal promotions last year) 401(k) with match Parental leave Life and disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Equal Opportunity Employer Kforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains veterans and disabled affirmative action programs #J-18808-Ljbffr Kforce Inc
