Position 1

• Location: Auburn, KS (66402)
• School Schedule: Monday-Friday 3p-8p and occasional weekends 8a-8p.
• Patient Specifics: 8-year old with a g-tube.

Position 2

• Location: Topeka, KS (66614)
• Schedule: After school 12p-6p.
• Patient Specifics: 2-year old with a g-tube.

Position 3

• Location: Topeka, KS (66614)
• Schedule: Days: Wednesday 7a-5:30p (will attend school with patient).
• Patient Specifics: 8-year old with a g-tube.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
