This position primarily involves outbound communication via calls, emails, and texts to our existing customer base. You will handle back-end tasks such as managing past due accounts, assisting with insurance underwriting, and addressing customer inquiries that have been escalated to the corporate office. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to obtain insurance licenses. Responsibilities Establish and nurture relationships with customers through proactive communication. Efficiently manage assigned tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
