Assistant Service Manager – Fleet Maintenance (Entry-Level Friendly)
Location: Knoxville, TN
Full-Time or Part-time | Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

What You’ll Learn & Do

Act as a key point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams
Coordinate service schedules and keep operations running smoothly
Track service timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Communicate with customers to provide updates and build strong relationships
Support daily branch operations and learn how a service business runs end-to-end

What We’re Looking For

Recent graduate or early-career professional (business, communications, automotive, or related fields are a plus)
Internship, part-time, or campus leadership experience is valued
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with technology, scheduling tools, and data entry
Eager to learn, reliable, and motivated to grow into a leadership role

Bonus (Not Required)

Exposure to automotive, logistics, or service industries
Customer-facing or team-based work experience
