Mental Health Therapist

Join our team as a Mental Health Therapist, dedicated to improving access to behavioral health care and supporting diverse client needs. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting culturally sensitive assessments and providing outpatient individual and family therapy. Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to promote client stability. Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care. Completing documentation, treatment plans, billing, and insurance authorizations professionally and promptly. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field. Provisional license if required by state regulations. Passion for mental health, ethical practice, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development. Strong communication skills, rapport-building ability, and effective time management.
