An expanding, patient-centered orthopedic practice in Monroe Township, NJ is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated surgeon looking to build a strong procedural volume within a supportive, well-structured practice environment.

Schedule & Work Model

• Full-Time Position

• ⏰ Structured clinic & OR schedule

• Shared or minimal call (if applicable)

• Mix of outpatient clinic & surgical cases

Practice Setting

‍⚕️ Clinical Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries and disorders

• Perform orthopedic surgical procedures (scope based on specialty focus)

• Manage pre- and post-operative care

• Provide fracture care, joint injections, and non-operative treatments

• Collaborate with physical therapy and pain management teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and quality standards

Subspecialty interests (sports medicine, joint replacement, spine, etc.) are welcome.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

• Fellowship training welcomed but not mandatory (depending on focus)

• Active or eligible New Jersey license

• Strong surgical and clinical decision-making skills
