Description
The VIG is getting ready to open the doors to our newest location in Paradise Valley, and we are looking for energetic, passionate, and hospitality-driven individuals to join us!
If you love great food, great drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables immediately after guests depart.
- Ensures a clean, welcoming, and fast-paced environment for our guests.
- Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables quickly to help keep the dining room running smoothly during busy shifts.
- Sanitize tables, chairs, and booths, and sweep the floor around the area to prepare for the next seating.
- Reset tables quickly with clean silverware, napkins, and glassware.
- Keep server side-stations stocked with clean ice, water pitchers, and polished silverware.
- Assist servers by pre-bussing active tables (removing empty plates and trash) and emptying dining room trash bins.

- Minimum age is 16
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, balancing and carrying heavy trays
