Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, including managing administrative staff and ensuring workflow efficiency
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Develop, implement, and monitor office systems, procedures, and policies to ensure operational effectiveness
• Lead, manage, and support virtual team members, including scheduling, performance tracking, and daily coordination
• Review, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality across operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required
• Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
• Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Zoom
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
