Lgisondi is seeking a TCoC Program Implementation Manager to own the onboarding lifecycle of population health vendors, including eligibility, engagement, file exchanges, contracting, and billing, as well as training of member-facing teams. You will coordinate with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and manage multiple vendor implementations and communications.
