Responsibilities

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence and improve daily living skills Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards Educate patients and families on therapy programs and progress

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for providing high quality patient care Skilled nursing or post acute experience preferred but not required
