CDL-A OTR Solo & Team Truck Drivers

Earn Up to $0.75 CPM | Percentage Pay Available | New Trucks | 48-State Freight

Saray Express is hiring experienced CDL-A Solo and Team Drivers to join our growing operation. Based in Chicago, Illinois , our company operates a fleet of more than 1,300 trucks and provides OTR freight throughout all 48 states.

Drivers can choose between CPM or percentage-based compensation , with competitive rates for both solo drivers and teams. You'll drive newer equipment, have the option to take your truck home, and have access to a full-service company yard when you're in Chicago.

Solo Driver Pay

Solo drivers can earn:

• Up to $0.65 CPM , OR
• 30% of weekly gross

Drivers can choose the compensation structure that applies to their position.

Team Driver Pay

Team drivers can earn:

• Up to $0.75 CPM , OR
• 32% of gross

Team opportunities are available for drivers looking to maximize miles and earning potential while running OTR throughout the lower 48 states.

OTR Freight – 48 States

Saray Express operates throughout all 48 contiguous states , giving drivers access to nationwide freight and plenty of opportunities to stay moving.

Drivers operate newer trucks and have the ability to take their assigned truck home , providing additional convenience when it's time for home time.

Chicago Yard & Driver Amenities

When you're at the Saray Express yard in Chicago, you'll have access to amenities and support designed to make life on the road easier, including:

• On-site truck wash
• Maintenance services
• Driver lounge
• Company vehicle available for errands while you're at the yard

With more than 1,300 trucks in the fleet, Saray Express has built an operation designed to support professional OTR drivers on and off the road.

Pay Schedule – Two-Week Hold

Saray Express operates with a two-week hold on driver paychecks . This applies to both experienced drivers and trainees.

Drivers begin receiving pay during their third week . Earnings from the initial two weeks are held according to the company's payroll schedule and subsequently paid through the ongoing pay cycle.

Applicants should make sure they understand the two-week hold and payroll schedule before beginning employment.

Driver Deductions

Drivers should also be aware of the following deductions:

• Occupational Insurance: $180 per month
• CDL Legal: $40
