Personal Lines Account Manager

Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package available. Work Environment : On-site position with no travel required. Responsibilities Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts, including some high-net-worth accounts. Quote and process new business and renewals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to support the agency's growth and operational goals. Utilize SIS/PartnerXE software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Qualifications/Requirements Experience : Minimum of 3+ years as a Personal Lines Account Manager (AM); 5+ years preferred. Candidates with captive insurance experience will also be considered. Licenses : Active insurance license required. Technical Skills : Proficiency in SIS/PartnerXE software is preferred. Familiarity with carriers such as Erie and Westfield is a plus. Soft Skills : Dependable, detail-oriented, and strong customer service skills. Training : A 2-3 week training period will be provided to ensure a smooth onboarding process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
