Role Description The Senior Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across channels to support brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, and developing marketing plans aligned with business goals. The Senior Marketing Associate will coordinate with sales, product, and leadership teams to create marketing collateral, manage timelines, and ensure consistent messaging. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, managing vendors or partners as needed, and contributing to the development of new initiatives and go-to-market strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder management. Proficiency in Market Research and analysis, including competitor benchmarking and customer insight gathering. Experience supporting or collaborating with Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives. Hands-on Marketing experience, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking. Project Management skills to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM or marketing automation platforms, and basic analytics. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
