About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall quality of life. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, including assessment, evaluation, and intervention. Your expertise in physical therapy will be instrumental in helping patients reach their optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function
• Utilize a variety of techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities, to promote optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Current licensure in the state of Michigan
• Minimum 0 years of experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow
