Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 3 years of ED experience, AHA certifications, and a WI or compact RN license.

Details

• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30 (12.5-hour shifts)
• 13-week contract
• Emergency Department setting
• Every 3rd weekend requirement
• Every other holiday (EOH) coverage required
• May be required to float within skill set to other units onsite or to facilities within 40 miles
• Epic EMR used

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• TNCC certification required (renewed every 4 years)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• MOAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior) certification required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

• Local candidates will be considered, but may be subject to a reduced pay rate depending on distance from the facility
• COVID vaccination is not required for this position
