• Master’s degree
• Current Texas classroom teaching certificate
• At least three years of full-time teaching experience
• Successful completion of the Texas state certification exam for educational diagnosticians
• Previous experience as a school-based educational diagnostician
• Ability to complete fingerprinting and meet time-sensitive credentialing standards
• Committed to on-site work for the duration of the contract
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive educational assessments across diverse student populations
• Engaging in report writing and accurate documentation of findings
• Participating in student-focused meetings to collaborate with faculty and families
• Managing a caseload that will likely involve working as an itinerant diagnostician between two schools in the district
• Supporting students and educators through expert recommendations and intervention planning
