ABA Behavior Technician: Flexible Hours, Path to Trainer

Behavior Technician (Bachelor's Degree Required) Responsibilities Play (we mean work) one-on-one with kids ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes, bringing lesson plans to life. Take and track notes, celebrate wins and capture session details. Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in everyday moments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children. Ages 21 or older with a valid driver’s license, car, and insurance. Benefits Up to $27/hr plus paid training, with minimum wage for drive time. Flexible hours: part-time, full-time, and Saturday gigs. Medical and dental benefits for full-time staff. PTO for full-time staff. Referral bonuses ($250-$1000 for each friend referred). Mileage reimbursement for travel between clients. Company-issued iPad and cell phone reimbursement. Professional growth opportunities, including promotion to Trainer after 6 months. Compensation: Pay range represents a good‑faith estimate the Company reasonably expects to pay at the time of hire. Based on position, employees may also be eligible for incentives, drive time pay, mileage reimbursement, overtime pay in accordance with state and federal laws, last minute cancellation pay, 401k benefits, health benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, and paid sick leave in accordance with state and local laws.
