Occupational Therapist

Experience developing assessment reports, goals and objectives for consideration in the IEP team meeting in accordance with Special Education law; experience providing training to education personnel and parents. Additional other duties as assigned related to emergency, crisis and/or pandemic.

Requirements / Qualifications

Required Qualification: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. *Current, active license issued by the state board (e.g., California Board of Occupational Therapy - CBOT). *Valid driver's license. Desired Qualifications: -Knowledge of physical/mental rehabilitation principles, developmental milestones, sensory-motor integration, fine/gross motor skills, and daily living activities. -Ability to administer standardized assessments, evaluate functional levels, write clear assessment reports, and design educationally relevant therapy goals/IEP treatment plans. -Strong oral and written communication skills to consult with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary IEP teams

Work Week: #3116 Monday - Friday (8 hours/5 days) 8am-4:30pm #3040/3877 Monday - Friday ( 8 hours/ 2 days) 8am-4:30pm
