What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) As the face of AAA, you will provide ultimate customer excellence on the road by: Operating tow trucks safely and efficiently. Performing simple vehicle diagnostics to figure out the issue. Providing essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs. Building trust, problem-solving, and being a calming presence for our members on the scene. What We Are Looking For We provide top-tier, paid training for the role. A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people. Willingness and flexibility to work the between 2pm - 12:30am, including weekends. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Must be at least 21 years of age Work Environment/Physical Requirements Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles. Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls. Works in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous.
