We are looking for energetic, dependable, and guest-focused individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment. As a Starbucks Barista, you will create memorable guest experiences while preparing quality beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for hotel guests and local customers alike.

• Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to brand standards
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to all guests
• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, lobby, and work areas
• Restock products, supplies, and merchandise as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures
• Work collaboratively with hotel and Starbucks team members
• Promote a positive and professional hospitality environment

• Previous barista, coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be dependable and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
