Purchasing Specialist

Purchasing Specialist\n\nTimpl has partnered with a 1 tier supplier for a global automobile manufacture\nand is seeking for a Purchasing Specialist\n\n\n-ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES\n1) Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.\n2) Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties\n3) Assist in managing and following up overseas orders.\n4) Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery\n5) Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in\naccordance\nwith company policies and procedures.\n6) Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that\nall items are\ndelivered to site on time.\n\n- Skill and Requirement\n1) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or\nrelated fields\n2) Minimum two years of Procurement experience or Entry level\n3) Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and\nexperience in ERP\n4) Flexibility to work well in a dynamic, sometimes stressful and demanding team\nenvironment\n5) Ability to analyze and evaluate data\n6) Good communication (oral and written), analytical and problem solving skills\n
