Product Manager, Applied AI Revenue Solutions

Overview The Product Manager, Applied AI Revenue Solutions owns strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle execution for AI‑enabled workflow transformation within Inmar’s healthcare revenue solutions platforms. The role focuses on driving agentic workflow automation within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), translating advanced AI and automation capabilities into scalable, governed, production‑ready solutions and ensuring intelligent automation is applied responsibly and efficiently at scale. Responsibilities Own product strategy & roadmap for AI‑driven workflow transformation within RCM; define OKRs, measurable outcomes, baseline metrics, and target thresholds. Prioritize initiatives based on feasibility, ROI, risk, economics, and strategic alignment; drive trade‑off decisions with engineering and leadership. Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmap milestones, maintaining an executive backlog and detailed planning alignment with engineering. Coach engineering teams on scope, acceptance criteria, launch readiness, and risk mitigation; lead initiatives through concept, launch, and post‑release optimization. Conduct structured discovery within operational workflows to identify redesign and automation opportunities; validate hypotheses with customers and internal users. Translate complex operational and regulatory challenges into structured requirements, success criteria, and experiment plans. Define, deliver, and scale multi‑step AI‑enabled workflows designed for automation with human oversight, utilizing LLMs, retrieval (RAG), orchestration frameworks, APIs, and structured decision systems. Manage AI economics, balancing performance‑to‑cost tradeoffs to ensure sustainable deployment. Partner with engineering, data science, and technical teams to implement scalable workflow automation, system integrations, and performance optimization. Champion automation‑first thinking across product and operational teams; influence cross‑functional stakeholders to shift from manual processes to scalable intelligent systems. Lead efforts to embed responsible AI practices: human‑in‑the‑loop controls, guardrails, auditability, escalation paths, compliance with PHI/HIPAA requirements, audit logging, and access control policies. Communicate strategy, rationale, risks, and measurable outcomes to product leadership, executive stakeholders, and operational teams; provide transparent updates on roadmap progress and trade‑offs. Monitor workflow performance; use operational data to iterate and refine roadmap priorities and scaling decisions. Deliver measurable impact in automation rate, time savings, accuracy improvement, net revenue impact, cost efficiency, and adoption. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience leading product initiatives involving workflow automation, intelligent systems, or advanced automation platforms. Experience shipping AI‑enabled or automation‑driven solutions into production environments. Strong working knowledge of LLM applications, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, APIs, workflow automation, and decision engines; ability to guide production implementation. Strong systems‑thinking skills; ability to structure ambiguous, high‑complexity operational problems. Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive transformation initiatives. Healthcare or regulated‑industry experience is preferred; RCM experience is a plus. Success Metrics Measurable increases in automation rate across targeted RCM workflows. Documentation of reductions in manual effort and improved operational throughput. Accuracy thresholds consistently met in production environments. Positive net revenue impact with sustainable automation economics. Clear adoption across operational teams.
