Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (please note this is the provided rate; actual compensation will be discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized urological care during clinic and surgical procedures
• Diagnose and manage urological conditions and diseases
• Perform and assist with surgeries and procedures in the OR
• Collaborate with hospital and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
• Participate in on-call system based out of Wausau (~7–10 days/month, including one weekend)
• Potential outreach to Wisconsin Rapids 1-2 days/month
• Maintain documentation and follow-up care in accordance with hospital standards

What You Need

• Wisconsin Medical License in Urology
• Proven experience in urology procedures and patient care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to coverage needs
