Job Description Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician Location: Union City, CA We are interviewing for a Registered Behavior Technician. Please see details below: Details/Specifications: FT Hourly High likelihood of renewal RBTs needed in the district to finish out school year Candidate will be required to collect data on student behavior as part of their assessment process Previous RBT Experience Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students with behavioral challenges Provide one‑on‑one support to students, delivering behavior‑based interventions and strategies Collect and analyze data to track student progress and make data‑driven decisions Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in the development of behavior support plans Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress and interventions Qualifications: RBT or ABA Certification Schools Experience preferred Benefits: Hourly pay starting at $27 hourly and DOE Weekly Direct Deposit Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
