Sourcing Manager Tonawanda, NY, United States | req29172 Responsibilities Lead complex sourcing initiatives to achieve cost reduction, consolidate spend, and enhance service, reliability, and productivity. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions for assigned commodities, closing medium- to high‑complexity deals while safeguarding quality, timing, and supply continuity. Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies by managing RFPs, analyzing bids, selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing contract performance. Manage strategic supplier relationships with OEMs, dealers, and service providers, driving continuous improvement and resolving disputes. Ensure procurement policy compliance by collaborating with global and cross‑functional stakeholders and acting as the main contact for plants and production procurement activities in the region. Utilize strong analytical and market intelligence skills to monitor trends, optimize sourcing strategies, and produce reports on metrics, forecasting, spend, savings, and compliance. Manage technical categories such as valves, instrumentation, control systems, pumps, plant software, analyzers, or similar equipment; prior experience or familiarity preferred. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields. Master’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business is preferred. At least four (4) years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or operational roles. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to travel as required by operational needs. Benefits Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Salary range $90,000 - $132,000 (open to variation).
