Technical Product Manager (New York)

What’s the role?This is not a traditional PM role. We don’t spend cycles trying to nudge a metric towards an arbitrary business goal. A majority of the work here involves building innovative, 0-to-1 products at a high velocity.You will work side-by-side with engineers and designers as a unified team of builders. Bilt's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range. Bilt rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the company, you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.The salary range for a Technical Product Manager is $160,000 - 250,000 and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.
