APRN/PA- Orthopedic Surgery/ Podiatry (Hospital- Based)

Full-time APRN/PA Join our established Orthopedic Surgery and Podiatry practice at Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital. Work Monday‑Friday 8:00‑5:00 pm in a hospital‑based, collaborative, patient‑centered environment. Job Duties Assist physicians in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of orthopedic and podiatric conditions. Provide inpatient care – rounding, consults, post‑operative management, and evaluation of ortho and podiatric patients from the Emergency Department. Perform procedures within scope of practice. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery. Qualifications Board certified through AANP or NCCPA. CPR/BLS certification required. Active, unrestricted FL license (or ability to obtain FL license). Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Attention to detail.
