BCBA Center and Home Based

Job Summary:

Yellow Bus ABA is seeking a dedicated and passionate BCBA to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA Center-Based and Home-Based. As a BCBA at Yellow Bus ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)

• Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes

• Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance

• Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application

• Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

• BCBA certification

• VA LBA certification

• Strong passion for helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress and growth

• Ability to build rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Commitment to working full-time

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $125,000 annually
