Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you'll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the Embryologist II will:Identify, assess, and culture oocytesPrepare sperm and perform oocyte inseminationAssess and select embryos for transferPerform oocyte and embryo vitrification, storage, warming, and thawingPrepare all laboratory media used with human gametesPerform diagnostic semen analysesPrepare and care for gametes and embryos throughout IVF, ICSI, vitrification, embryo transfer, thawing, and PGT proceduresAssess fertilization and zygote quality following inseminationPerform oocyte denudation and ICSI inseminationPerform embryo biopsies for preimplantation genetic testingAssist with TBSA, PESA, TESA, and TESE collectionsAccurately document procedures and results in ARTworksManage embryo storage, transfer, and dischargeTrack donor sperm and embryos in accordance with FDA regulationsMaintain accurate laboratory records while following established quality and safety standardsWhat You'll BringWe're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and skills include:Must have appropriate college degree in Biology or relevant laboratory scienceMinimum 2 to 3 years of Embryology Experience preferredMust have ICSI and embryo biopsy experienceMust demonstrate the ability to function effectively without direct supervision, and to perform laboratory services in accord with the Laboratory Philosophy and Operating StandardsProven ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computerKnowledge of office procedures and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary teamAbility to work in a high standard, stressful environmentAbility to communicate accurately and conciselyExcellent interpersonal skillsMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
