We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who will own Gensler's social media strategy end-to-end, bringing equal parts editorial judgment and creative craft to every platform. This is an individual contributor role for a communications professional who can operate independently, develop smart strategy, and execute compelling content that advances the firm's brand, deepens engagement with clients, prospective talent, media, and design advocates, and connects meaningfully with our global audience. Location: New York, NY, US Full-Time Your Role You are a member of our Global Marketing and Brand Communications Studio, reporting to our Digital Leader, and serving as the firm's primary voice across social channels. You will work at the intersection of our digital content ecosystem and our social presence, ensuring that social strategy amplifies and extends the stories we tell across owned media. The ideal candidate has deep social media expertise, a proven track record of growing and managing audiences for professional services firms and B2B, and the ability to translate complex subject matter into compelling social-native content.
