About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Litigation Counsel to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization's legal litigation. This includes developing and implementing legal strategies, providing expert legal advice, and representing the organization in court proceedings. The Chief Litigation Counsel will also be tasked with leading a team of legal professionals, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and effectively handling a high volume of cases. Applicants for the Chief Litigation Counsel position at the company should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of the state bar. A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on complex cases, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the courtroom, strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities are also essential for this role.
