CLINICAL SUPERVISOR LABOR DELIVERY (FT VARIED) – The Valley Health System, Henderson, NV Responsibilities Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families, and appropriate others. Coordinates multi‑disciplinary team members and directs and facilitates nursing staff to achieve safe, optimal health care outcomes. Supports activities that align with the facility’s vision, mission, and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Oversees and guides direct reports. Implements the Patient‑Centered Care concept as the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. Shift Full time, varied schedule. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN required. Minimum of one (1) year full‑time or three (3) years part‑time experience in acute‑care specialty nursing. Preferred: one (1) to three (3) years supervisory experience. Proficient in physical assessment of cardiovascular patients; fluent in cardiovascular anatomy and physiology. Comfortable with 12‑lead EKG interpretation and cardiac arrhythmias. Knowledge and experience in stress testing preferred. Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS certification.
