About This Location:

Join our Med/Surg Observation team in Sheboygan, where youll care for patients requiring short-term, focused monitoring and rapid clinical decision-making. This unit offers a fast-paced environment that strengthens assessment skills, clinical judgment, and efficiency in care transitions.

What a Registered Nurse/RN will Need:

• 
  RN license in applicable state
  
  



• 
  BLS required (additional certifications may be required based on specialty)
  
  



• 
  Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
  
  



• 
  Typically 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling, including assisting with transfers. Must respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions. Exposure to clinical environments requiring appropriate protective equipment
